I am a lifelong athlete and have always been interested in sports-related work. However, my passion for working with children and curiosity about play therapy drew me first into the fields of education and mental health. I have years of experience as a special education teacher, school counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor™ (RPT-S™).

Now, I’m excited to be returning to the world of athletics with the experience and expertise to practice at a high level. I am also undergoing training as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), which is a sports therapy certification. 

In addition to my professional work, I am a wife and mother. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, and watching my son play sports.
