I help athletes of all ages overcome sports-related challenges by imparting skills to manage stress and improve athletic performance. My sports psychology training allows me to teach mental performance skills that translate to increased confidence and resilience in sports and beyond. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), I am also qualified to address mental health issues as they arise.
In my sports therapy work, I use a more directive approach in assessing needs and developing a plan tailored to each client. In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify current areas of strength and areas of growth. We will identify which mental performance skills you might already use and others that you might benefit from learning about and trying.
